Penalised for checking Account

Does Google penalise you if you check your account frequently?
Im sure i read somewhere they get concerned if you start to check alot.?

I wouldn't think so. I go there often when retrieving code, if they penalize me for using the account, they'd have to penalize me for creating new ads. I would think they would prefer you to create new adss. I hope not though, I go there sometime 3 or 4 times a day.

No they do not penalize you for checking your account.

In the beginning i checked my account nearly 100 times per day. It is not in their terms of service in any form about how many time you are or are not allowed to check your account.

You will be penalized if you much with the code though...

Use firefox plugin. It can check every 20 minutes. Nobody got banned for that, till now.

That's probably the killer-blow to this discussion. If a program can check every 20 minutes, then why can't you do it manually?

There have been a few days I've definitely checked 100+ times.

You can also get Google Desktop and install the AdSense plugin to see live updated stats.
