Beware a scammer!

Hello ,

Day before yesterday me and King-Julian aka Gareth merged our websites together specially webdtalk.com and webhole.be.It was all ok for a day but then yesterday we had planned to sell prcheck.net for around $100 for which he made a thread on his forum and other forums and maybe he sold it, He also told me to trade webdtalk.com for around 5 websites which I didn't because it smelled fishy to me. :confused:

Yesterday , He asked me for namecheap account and said that he wanted to see what domains I've got. I gave him the password and when today I logged in I saw *what the fuck* prcheck.net and webdtalk.com domains gone and i'm left with 7 domains , I did a checkdomain and saw these domains under other people . I asked him what happened and he said he didn't know. It was all him , I am taking legal actions again him and called namecheap to resolve the problem As soon as possible.

I ask you to not to do business with this 12 years old kid named Gareth.I'm really sorry to do any deals with this kid and I've lost 2 domains.

Never say to take legal action and not to do it in the end :-) Remember, you can never sue for anything that costs less than $20 (I believe the Constitution says so :-p )

I never sued anyone for anything, so I can't answer any questions, sorry ;(

Contact the registrar directly, they might have some sort of verification process.

Yes , I had to take the legal action , If you had read the full thread at talkfreelance you would know why , that kido was messing a lot with me! :mad:

Well, atleast it is a leason learned... Always have contracts and seek legal advice in the beginning before something like this happens.

And do not give your password to anyone. Send a print screen of whatever but never trust anyone with your password.

Well, really at least you learned your lesson.
you should really know who you are doing business with.

I don't have much knowledge about legal actions, but i wish you good luck!

Hi everyone,

I would just like to say sorry, i sold one of Muhammads domains, but the other one i didn't. PrCheck i did, but WebDTalk i didnt. I can get WebDTalk back.

I shouldnt of done this because i screwed loads of things up for Muhammad. And i will do my very best to straighten things out
