![]() | i have a domain name. now i want to make a subdomain out of it so i can host another website on my server. my server can have up to 20 sub domains. So how do i make a subdomain with my domain name? My domain name is hosted with godaddy. |

![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | Hi there, If you are using cPanel you can do it through there, just click on subdomains, then type the subdomain you wish to use e.g. subdomain.example.com, and then configure the redirection you wish it to take (point it to a folder or something). If you don't own the domain name, then no, you can't make a sub-domain out of any domain you want. If your domain is boogynights.in, then you can make the sub-domain hot.boogynights.in. But you can't make hot.boogynights.com because you own the .in domain, not the .com version. |
