I doubt many people will search for "Famous Internet Marketeer".
99.9% would search for "Internet Marketeers" or "internet marketing".

Strongly agree. Without metatag, you probably lose 5-7 points overall in SEO.

yes meta tag is important but not only meta tag...very important things are unique content and keyword densty.

ohh they are very very important, atleast on google.

Day before yesterday I made some changes in title and description of one of my websites and the very next day my site was gone from the top10 results for the keyword search "ecommerce web hosting" and some other combination of keywords which include ecommerce and cheap in that, before that it was on no. 8 and atleast in top 20.
