GoDaddy or one of their resellers. The Daddy usually allows resellers to set pricing even below their own (since they get the bigger cut anyway), so you can sometimes get the better price but the same features, service, etc.

I used GoDaddy for probably 5 years before becoming a reseller with them 4 yrs ago.

Also - everyone watch out for the letters offering to renew your domain that look like a bill. They're a total ripoff, charging $35 or more per year. Don't fall for it!
