![]() | Yep - Earlier today a few of my sites were updated. Some lost their PR's some gained PR's from nothing, while others maintained what they had previously. Biggest gainers were MrGoodhost.com went to a PR3 from 0. Gamjig.com went to a PR4 from 0. I hope it's still updating - last time I heard some people saying it could take a week to shake out. I had 2 sites that were PR5 lose their PR's. I had bot the domains and then put a website on them. Hopefully they stay indexed and aren't banned because I don't spam and haven't done anything to get them delisted to a PR0. I think there's a bug in IWebTools PR Predictor, or else it's just too hard to gauge the PR. Gamejig and MrGoodhost both had PR 5 Predictions, but so fare are 1 and 2 points short of that prediction. Also, didn't the IWebTool site have a of a PR5 or PR6 before - it's showing a PR 4 right now. |

![]() | wisdomking, i think indiangirl meant if you put link:www.yourwebsiteaddress.com into google it will tell you your backllinks. This will also work with Yahoo, MSN and alltheweb. With Altavista you have to put in: linkdomain:www.yourwebsiteaddress.com thomas |

![]() | Hi, Just a quick note When you do a link test you can see four different results... 1 link:http://www.youdomain.com see on space or link: http://www.youdomain.com see space and again but with the http:// added. the best one to look at is link:http://youdomain.com the reason i say this is because google shows your strong links with this test.. Hope that will help some.. Kind regards |

![]() | No probs wisdomking! i just assumed that indiangirl had made a spelling mistake on the 'tld'... (sorry indiangirl!) jellybabys - now that is super interesting - i didn't know that - just tried it with my websites and it gives very interesting results. 'link:http://www.mydomain.com/' with or without the trailing slash returns the smallest number of results. 'link:http://mydomain.com' gives me nothing so far. and then between 'link:www.mydomain.com' and 'link :www.mydomain.com' (the one with the space), the latter gives a lot more results. in fact for my newly ranked site, i am getting zero backlinks without the space and 83 backlinks with the space. thanks for the tip! thomas |

![]() | thats because if you put a space it stops searching for your backlinks and searches the web for link :www.mydomain.com |
