![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | Hi there, RSS feeds are dynamic content that has been manipulated from one site and input into another. They benefit both sites, the actual content holder is benefited by exposure and clicks through to their sites, and the site with the RSS feed on it is benefited by having fresh content on their website. What you may of meant by SEO is that the search engines see this as fresh content, which search engines seem to love so much. Here is a useful link which can define RSS feeds better: http://www.google.co.uk/search?hl=en...G=Search&meta= Regards, Kieran Taylor. |

![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | Hi there, Quote:
Well it depends on what you mean by implement it on to your site? Do you mean implement someone else's RSS feed on to your website? If so you go to the website in which you would like to implement their RSS feed on your website, and you extract the code which they provide for you to place on the page you wish it to display on. If you want to make your own RSS feed then you would have to code it, and provide the code for other people to place on their websites. But I wouldn't suggest this unless your website is very popular, because people simply wouldn't use it. People like to place RSS feeds which will interest people, and encourage them to click on them. Forums are a good place to use RSS feeds as they are constantly updating, and that means fresh content all the time. Regards, Kieran Taylor. | |
