Let's get straight to the point....
The system works like this.
I've placed 3 links on my homepage.
I should be getting 6 back but I'm awaiting my links.
Join under my affiliate link and I get 5 links pointing to my website.

The system requires that I refer one person.

Once you've joined, you encourage people to do the same too.
If you're lucky, you won't need to refer as people choose three sites which are pending links to place on their home page. And that could be your link.

This system is better than asking for link exchanges.
Because websites with no pagerank never get link exchanges.
But with site you can regardless of how much traffic your site gets.
And if you dislike the sites you're asked to link to, you can choose different sites.

The best part is that you get linked to from somebody's homepage.
