I think he/she has already bought Star Develop. My friend used 123LiveHelp but he found them a little expensive, he said they were good but burnt a hole in his pocket.

I am replacing 123livehelp. I really liked the program. Not unhappy with program, not customizable enough. Did speak with customer service twice and it was a really bad experience. That bad experience with customer service was the reason that prompted me to look elsewhere. After doing research I also found they are very expensive for what they are offering.

It is using flash. Maybe it is not easy to customize.

They said they would be able to costomize the program for us. This was to do something other equally as good programs at much lower cost had already. The worst part about it was they said "If you are not a large user then we will not be able to do for you."

If so, you can ask some to help you develop a customized Live Help System
based on the open source.

Kayako Live Response is problobly the best around ... We have all seen it but i never knew what it was until i stumbled across the creators site about bought it ... Its the most professional one out there. also 1 of the most expensive

I currently use the SupportSuite which costs $39.95/month
or $499.95 for an owned copy.
