I just valuated the site at about $540,000 - thats the result off several website value tools.

I wouldn't make an offer until I see balance reports, not only pageviews and all that, but real data like regged customers, sales a month, returns or cancellations, profit last year and past 3 years, etc. If you are going to pay anything over 5.000 I would make sure I buy my moneys worth. When you talk of basically acquiring a business (online or not) you need to know that.

If you only want the domain then the story changes.
