permanent directory listing

Hi;

I hope this is the true forum for this

I have a good budget for directory links . i will spent 500$ for permanent directory links .

I'm looking for directories ;

*it must accept a nonenglish sites (a turkish article site)

*i'm intrested ONLY permanent links . i'm not intrested directories with recurring fee . let me give and example . for example there is annually recurring fee for "standart submission" on site-sift.com but if you choose "Deluxe Listing" , it's a permanent listing . this can be a option for me.

* directory must have min. pr 5.

Can you suggest me directories for this or a web page who gives information about this ?

would you consider a pr3 directory? if yes, http://www.gamers-forum.com/phpLD has a few inner PR pages, and we accept non english sites. since you have money to spend you can buy a featured listing, just $5, its permanent, over 2000+ links in there already, will be above all the rest

thanks for the link but the sites that you give does not accept non english sites.

as i see featured link price has decreased to 4$ . i have submitted one featured link under europe category
