 |  Hello, New to this Group Hello everyone. There is not a lot to say about myself. I am by no means a webmaster! But, I am The owner of several State based Mortgage lead generating sites and I use the tools here on a regular basis to evaluate the sites and my comp. They have proven to be very valuable. Thanks |

All of these sites are less than 6 months old. The first 2 are less than a month old. and they should be PR4's at the first google update. I seem to hve a knack for getting good serps pretty fast! OH, the estimate on PR is from your tools! Just thought I would let you know this! Kenni. The ebook is written by Brad Callen The address of the free ebook is: freegaragesale.ca/outbound/SEO_MadeEasy_branded.pdf . This is the book that has my 2 to 3 week old sites projected as PR4's This book is like Gold to me. So far everything he has written in this book has happened! I am pretty sure it was in this ebook, I may be wrong! If I am worong I am sorry for giving the wrong info. I may have seen it somewhere else. But, It is a great tool, Oh I will have a new site up tomorrow on www.houstonmortgageloan.net stop by tomorrow night and check it out and let me know what you think about the improvements Jim.
