Ok, OK, I'm doing it.

I used this site - http://www.shrinkpictures.com/create-avatar/resize.php

Took 30secs to create Avtar from my logo (OK, it's not perfect, but I'm in a hurry!)

Great little util (I have no connection - just googled and it's the first one I found)
